    No, you will be unconscious during the operation. You will wake up in postoperative care unit, will after the surgery is completed.
  • How long will I have to stay in postoperative care?
    Depending upon your procedure, you may have to be in the postop care unit for 48 hours – 8 days. You will be allowed to go home, and the doctor will instruct about the diet and activity plans for the following days.
  • Can I resume work right after surgery?
    This generally depends on the type of work you do and how physically exhausting it is. Your doctor will tell you how long before you can go back to work after your surgery.It is advised that you refrain from physical workout and sexual activity till the second week after surgery.
